Toronto, CA - Much Better result especially on the road. We see where we can continue to improve.

Summit City United hit the road to take on the Canadian Crusaders, looking to build momentum but faced a tough challenge against a strong opponent.

The Crusaders wasted no time, striking first with high pressure and quick ball movement to take an early lead. Summit City responded shortly after, as Matt Fairchild found the back of the net off a well-placed assist from Alex Murillo, leveling the score and giving the team a spark.

Despite the early fight, the Crusaders took control of the match, capitalizing on defensive miscues and relentless attacking play. Summit City battled to regain possession and create opportunities but couldn’t keep the Crusaders from extending their lead.

While the final score didn’t reflect their effort, Summit City showed determination and will take this as a learning experience. The focus now shifts to bouncing back stronger in the next match.

Final Score: Summit City United 1, Canadian Crusaders 10
